Po Bling Pore Sonic Cleanser Review

Time really has passed very swiftly, isn't it? We are now approaching September and before we knew it, 2014 is going to end soon. For me, among the biggest changes I am experiencing now is the transition from full-time studying to working. Yes darlings, I have officially and successfully ended my three years journey of being a bachelor's degree student. Since I am not allowed by my overprotective parents to work in KL, I am in Melaka living with my family and doing part-time jobs now to earn some money (after I was lectured about lazing around at home). So yeah, I have been wearing makeup on my face every day to look 'more presentable' though my job does not require me to wear it at all (I'm just gonna admit that wearing makeup makes me feel a lot happier, hehe).
Well, wearing makeup every day definitely calls for extra care during cleansing my face as I do not want zits to pop out like they're the boss on my face, hehe! So thanks to Lazada Malaysia, I got the opportunity to try Po Bling Pore Sonic Cleanser and seriously, I am in love! I have always seen this Po Bling Pore Sonic Cleanser on the internet, especially on Instagram and also on Carousell but I never tried to get one because I have Olay Pro-X and I don't think my pocket can afford another hole. I am so glad when the parcel arrives, and I didn't wait another day to start using this Po Bling Pore Sonic Cleanser. So, let's get to know it, shall we?
I got my Po Bling Pore Sonic Cleanser in white colour, which makes me happier than ever because I personally love anything in white colour ^_^ when I get my own home and room later, I will paint it white and I want all my furniture to be in white colour, I don't care! This battery-powered brush has the softest brush head I ever used, which makes me so happy while brushing it on my face. At the beginning of my Po Bling journey I was a bit shocked when using it for the first time because the sonic vibration was so soft it seems like nothing is actually happening. I asked around and Po Bling users told me that it is normal. I got amazed by the super soft vibration of Po Bling Pore Sonic Cleanser because my Olay Pro-X has that rotation motion that makes my skin actually feel the brushing. With Po Bling Pore Sonic Cleanser, you don't have to worry about getting redness on skin after using the brush because it is definitely not abrasive at all. On its box, there is a mentioning that Po Bling Pore Sonic Cleanser brush has 10.000 sonic vibrations per minute. How cool is that?
So here is how the bottom of my Po Bling Pore Sonic Cleanser brush looks like. It is the same regardless the body colours of Po Bling Pore Sonic Cleanser. There is a triangular base, gold in color and stamped with the word pobling, made in korea, AAA battery, and the voltage. If you look at the picture below, that is how a Po Bling Pore Sonic Cleanser looks like when it is disassembled. Most of the parts are made of sturdy plastic. The brush bristles are synthetic and ultra soft ^-^ I personally feel that the brush is a tad unstable when put in its base so I don't really use the base. I take off the brush head to dry the bristles and I put the body in a horizontal position. To use the brush, I only need to press the power button once and the brush will vibrate. So I usually spend 1 minute brushing my face with a circular motion using this Po Bling Pore Sonic Cleanser after I remove my makeup with a cleansing wipe.
Since I have used this Po Bling Pore Sonic Cleanser brush for more than 2 weeks already, I saw improvements on my skin condition and it makes me happy :) Firstly, this brush is not abrasive at all so my skin never experience any raw feeling, pain or redness. Secondly, my makeup is properly removed thanks to its super soft micro fine brushes as my pores definitely are not as clogged as before. How can I say that? Because I don't get many of those nasty pimple bumps anymore even though I now wear makeup every day. Thirdly, I can feel that my skin has become smoother and this may be due to the fact that the brush helps in mild exfoliation thus enhancing the effectiveness of skincare products I am using. Another thing that makes me happy is because my nose and forehead looks much clearer than before. People with congested pores and pimple scars will understand this, hehe!
All in all, I can recommend this Po Bling Pore Sonic Cleanser brush to you all because I have used this brush for more than 2 weeks, every night and the result is good. However I might say that I see this brush fits people with flawless skin and super sensitive skin better as you won't feel anything on your face while using it, so it wont hurt. Taking care of it is not a problem provided you have a suitable place to put the brush while not in use. The brush head should be replaced every 3 months or more, depending on the condition and how well you take care of your brush head and maintain its hygiene. DeleteWahhh bestnya!!! I teringin nak own jugak! tapi kan untuk kulit super sensitive kan...sesuai x? I mean I'm worry if it'll bring a redness to some area on my face...seriously I actually wanna own a MIA 2..but my pocket is very pathetic at the moment..so reading ur post give me an idea of another substitute of MIA 2..hehe thanks!
ReplyDeletebabe this one is very soft and when it is working it feels barely there. I strongly think that it wont cause redness coz the bristles are supersoft and it does not rotate which could bring to redness. Well, buying a Clarisonic is really bank-breaking but what use to it if your sensitive skin cant handle it right?
DeleteOh this Po Bling device right, I saw it at Mr. DIY for RM12.90 (or is it RM15.90) a few weeks ago. One girl was looking at it and I wanted to look at it. I didn't get it as it's the last one. This one looks promising :)
ReplyDeletethere are so many different prices for this Po Bling device kan? I first saw it online with price no lesser than RM100 each, sold by IG shops, blogshops and carousellers. Never saw it at Mr. DIY yet coz it has been ages since I last visited the mall with Mr.DIY, hehe! this one is okay so far, I have not experienced any adverse reactions ;)
DeleteIG is selling it way too expensive. Lazada's RM39 is quite reasonable.

ReplyDeletehi dear :) the brushes are all synthetic so no worries ^_^ semua 3 brushes yang mieza pakai (Olay Pro-X, Po Bling, Clinique Sonic System) adalah synthetic bristles and not animal derived.

ReplyDeleteHi dear :) Hmm, this is a tricky question. Banyak iklan yg kita nampak, produk kata boleh kecilkan liang pori kan? However, what I learned from beauty workshops, sebenarnya it takes years for our pores to change in size. I wont say Pobling kecikkan liang pori sebab dia cuma berus je, untuk bersihkan kulit and nothing more. dia takde chemical yg boleh kecikkan liang pori or haluskan kulit muka.

hi dear! i'm planning to make a comparison post but i'll only be able to do it when i truly have the free time :) well, i bought Pro X too and have been using it for quite some time before I get a Pobling. honestly, I think if you have Pro X then no need to buy Pobling because if you're used to the rotating brush (Pro X) you'll find that Pobling seems like nothing because it only give out sonic vibration which you cant even feel on you face. You might feel like "what is this Pobling doing anyway?" and for me, I dont feel the brushing satisfaction with Pobling because its concept is sonic vibration only. However, I do recommend Pobling to people who have flawless, blemish free skin and also for people with very sensitive skin because Pro X would be a bit harsh due to its rotating motion. Pobling is the gentlest brush ever due to its super condensed synthetic bristles.
